2-2-1 personal training is when you team up with a buddy or partner and share a personal training session.
Not only do you get to share in the cost of the session, but it is a great way to keep each other on track and motivated.

PRE & POSTNATAL EXERCISE & NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Ensuring you and baby are looked after from day one, right throughout your pregnancy and during the postnatal period.
Fully qualified and insured, you can be confident in knowing you're in the best hands!
CHAIR BASED EXERCISE
Exercise classes where you will complete the activity while seated in a wheelchair, desk chair or any other type of chair.
These sessions allow those with mobility or balance issues to exercise and alleviates pressure from the lower body for those who are in pain.
